Our Place Family Restaurant in Pocomoke City

Always a good home cooked meal. With huge portions of everything. Have never had a bad meal from there. The Cole slaw is real cabbage slaw. Very helpful with anything needed. Always making sure everything is ok. Have also been when complimentary steamed shrimp while waiting for meal.

Have ordered many times before and service and food was pretty decent. However, called to place an order today (May 30), and was very surprised that the woman who answered the phone was very rude. I asked first what were their veggies for today and she said mashed potatoes and green beans and then to my surprise she hung up on me. I called back and said you hung up on me. With an attitude she said I didn’t hang up on you the phone hung up. I then asked to speak with a manager. She said I am the manager. I said fine, I will be there in a few minutes. When I got there she was standing in a very defensive stand. I asked why she hung up and again she had a very nasty answer with an attitude. I told her only because my mother wanted scallops so badly was the only reason I was ordering. Rest assured, Our Place in Pocomoke, Md. has gotten their last dollar from me.

Delicious food and generous portions! I'll be stopping every time I pass through the area!

Only thing that could improve was the waitstaff which I only seen one person and had to go find the menu myself but the food was great!!

Love the food and the prices especially. Restaurant is always clean and presentable but waitresses could be more friendlier.

We all like pho right! Well this place is cool. Quiet afternoon with very friendly server kind and polite. We both took large for 9.50$ which is cheap I think and crispy rolls and a salad roll. Everything was tasty and fresh. The only thing I noticed was the broth was a little watery. Meat was tasty and soft. Highly recommend if in the area.

Food is very bland. Im thinking its frozen and then microwaved. Came in with 2 ppl. They ordered stuffed peppers and i ordered lasagna. The 2 sides they were given were bland and mushy(mac&cheese and brussel sprouts). My side was garlic toast. Which i shared with my table. I am not going to complain about the food I dont want another serving of anything or my meal free. We just wont be back. These girls seem to like what they do and their service is good. Its just the food isnt.

The food is great and valued priced. But the restaurant needs a make-over. It is dark and dingy and has the appearance of being dirty. The rugs, which make it seem dirty because of stains, should be thrown out and replaced with vinyl or pergo floors in a light color. Something washable. Not carpet again. The walls are dark paneling that should be painted a lighter color. All woodwork should be painted white. A small counter with 6 or 8 seats for single patrons would be appealing. Lose the middle row of booths that cut the room in half and only make the room seem smaller than it is. One can eat a great meal here for the same price as fast food but the atmosphere is about the same as a funeral parlor. Lighten up!
